OUR COURSES

Path 1: Cultural Entrepreneurship Exploration (15–18 years old)

Through four modules, participants will discover their creative voice, reflect on their motivations and values, and gain a first understanding of how entrepreneurship can give shape to their ideas. The course focuses on building confidence, developing an entrepreneurial mindset, and encouraging collaboration and community impact. With self-paced modules, interactive exercises, and creative challenges, Path 1 nurtures the foundations of innovation while sparking curiosity about the opportunities within the creative industries.

YONDERS - 2025

The YONDERS course runs from 20 October to 1 December. Both learning paths are delivered fully online and follow an asynchronous format, allowing participants to engage with materials and complete activities at their own pace, while respecting clear deadlines. Each module is carefully scheduled to give participants time to absorb the content, apply new concepts, and reflect on their learning journey.

The YONDERS course aims to equip young people with the tools and confidence to become active cultural entrepreneurs. Across both learning paths, participants will develop:

  • Entrepreneurship skills and competencies (business design, financial planning, project management)

  • Innovation and technology skills (digital tools, online identity, social media strategies, e-commerce)

  • Creativity skills and competencies (creative problem-solving, idea generation, cultural awareness)

  • Intercultural competencies (working across diverse communities, understanding global and local challenges)

  • Sustainability and impact-oriented skills (linking projects to the SDGs, adopting sustainable practices)

  • Leadership skills (team building, collaboration, personal empowerment)

YONDERS is designed for young people aged 15–24 who want to explore or pursue entrepreneurship in the Cultural and Creative Industries. Whether you are a high school student curious about turning your passion into a project (Path 1), or a young adult ready to design and launch your own creative venture (Path 2), YONDERS offers the right tools, guidance, and inspiration to support your journey. The course is especially relevant for those interested in the sectors of gaming, fashion, cultural heritage, audiovisual, and architecture.

YONDERS is built on a participatory and learner-centered pedagogy, combining non-formal education methods with structured entrepreneurial training. The course is:

  • Asynchronous and flexible – participants learn at their own pace, with deadlines for structure.

  • Resource-rich – including videos, guides, interactive exercises, and case studies.

  • Collaborative – encouraging peer exchange through online forums and discussion boards.

  • Modular and practical – each module focuses on concrete outcomes and builds progressively toward stronger entrepreneurial skills.
