Objectives and contribution to the program

• To give the students a detailed view of how Supply Chain Management is organised within a company: sourcing, manufacturing, distribution, and planning (SCORE model)
• To teach them the concepts and techniques to analyse supply chains, and emphasising the use of quantitative methods and digitalisation to enable optimisation
• To make the students aware of the importance of Supply Chain Management, and its impact on Financial and Sustainable performance
• To provide the students with an understanding of
o The interconnections between the different stages of the supply chain
o The different supply chain complexities across industries

Prerequisites and corequisites

The students should have basic knowledge in Mathematic, Statistics and Operational Research.
