Presentation of the Disciplinary Field
The objective of the "Legal Matters" Disciplinary Field is to provide students with a training in legal matters all along their curriculum.
Owing to the importance of law in the economic world, ICHEC has made a point of developing a series of courses on legal matters. After a core programme of basic courses that all students have to take (civil law, commercial law, fical law, social law), a number of elective courses are available according to their respective orientations (public economic law OR corporate law, international private law,….) These courses will provide them with a solid training in legal matters by the end of their curricumum.
