Content

Half-day thematic modules designed to deepen and extend the foundations laid in earlier years

Masterclasses with practitioners and thought leaders sharing first-hand experience and insight on key issues

Facilitated project work with structured coaching on substance, communication of results, and team effectiveness
Independent group and sub-group assignments

Teaching methods

You will be expected to exercise critical thinking by actively contributing during class sessions and supervised work.

You will learn to draw on relevant experts and practitioners to design ad hoc solutions.

You will mobilise knowledge built in earlier years to develop business-ready solutions, moving beyond the academic answer.

Assessment method

Assessment is continuous throughout the semester.

Students work in groups to address business challenges, culminating in a recommendation and a group presentation.

Three challenges are tackled over the course of the semester; the final presentation takes place during the last week of classes.

Grading is collective — all group members receive the same mark — unless a member has been absent too often during supervised work sessions.

In the resit session, the group assignment is replaced by an individual piece of work, submitted in writing and presented orally.
