The Responsible Management Forum
The Chair in Innovative Managerial Practices is organizing the second Responsible Management Forum, in collaboration with Htag by Références magazine.
Responsible management does not call so much for new models, tools, or concepts — there are already plenty — but rather for a new managerial mindset. It requires management capable of embracing complexity, addressing tensions, and dancing with paradoxes. It is with the ambition of working on this together that this second edition of the Responsible Management Forum is being held.
The program is structured around three key moments:
A plenary panel featuring inspiring speakers from the academic, business, and institutional worlds.
Three interactive workshops, led by researchers and practitioners, to dive into the concrete realities of companies and identify possible courses of action together:
Digital tensions
Intergenerational tensions
Growth tensions
Networking opportunities, to continue the conversations and foster meaningful connections.
