The course aims to:
- Develop:
By learning from oneself and others, from one's experiences and mistakes, demonstrating open-mindedness and curiosity.
Developing your personal and professional plans in an ethical and responsible manner.
- Collaborate:
By completing group exercises in class.
By establishing and experimenting with the challenges of group dynamics and leadership.
- Communicate:
By completing exercises and role-playing scenarios.

Prérequis et corequis

Description du contenu

The topics covered in the course are as follows:
- Introduction to leadership and team management
- Historical approach and concepts of leadership
- Contemporary leadership issues (interculturality, digitalization, democratization, sustainability, etc.)
- Team management issues (group dynamics, conflict resolution, decision-making methods)
- Case studies and experience sharing
- Reflections and conclusions on the question “What kind of manager will I be tomorrow?”

Méthodes pédagogiques

The course consists of 2 or 3-hour sessions. The sessions include lectures and role-playing exercises that allow students to observe, experiment, and acquire certain skills associated with responsible leadership and team management. Active participation by students is expected, both in class and in preparation for certain sessions (reading, watching videos, listening to podcasts, etc.). Experience sharing with professionals is planned. The use of AI is permitted, except during the written exam.

Mode d'évaluation

The above-mentioned skills will be assessed in two ways: a written exam (multiple-choice questions and open-ended questions) accounting for 80% of the final grade, and an assessment of participation in classroom role-playing exercises accounting for 20% of the grade.
