Selection and enrolment

As soon as you have been selected by your university to spend one or several semesters at ICHEC, you can start with the enrolment formalities. First of all, ask your coordinator to send us by mail or e-mail a list of students selected by your university.
Then go to our website  -  International / Incoming students

There you will find all the necessary information and the forms that are to be filled in. These forms may be downloaded, printed, completed and sent or faxed back to us. They can also be directly completed and sent back to us by e-mail.

Watch out for deadlines :

  • For the first semester (September to January): June 1
  • For the second semester (end of January to June): November 15

Letter of acceptance

A letter of acceptance will be provided for all students who need it. Please inform our  International Office (Bureau des échanges internationaux) if this is your case
