Admission procedure for the first year of a Master’s programme.

If you hold a Bachelor's transition degree (Bologne type) or a Bac+4 in Economics or in Management from a university-level school, you can access the first year of the Master’s programme at ICHEC.

Before enrolling :

You have checked that you meet qualification requirements and that you have access to the Master’s programme.

Steps to follow for enrolment at ICHEC :

  • prepare a complete academic file
     
  • prepare a complete administrative file
  • fill in the admission form
    Documents stipulating your activities must cover all the academic years since the end of secondary school. Activities refer to academic and/or professional activities. Periods of non-activity must be related in detail in a dated and signed letter.
     
  • Send all the following documents :

The admission procedure will not be started as long as the file is not complete. When all the conditions are fulfilled, the Academic and Students Affairs Office will examine your file and submit it to the academic authorities who will make the final decision. The notification of the decision will be sent by e- mail only.

  • As soon as you arrive in Belgium, you have to go to the Students Administrative Office (Secrétariat des étudiants) for final registration.
    Pay the total amount of the tuition fees, i.e. 3212 €*  either on campus via a Banksys terminal or on the account number BE 65191716222296 (IBAN), CREGBEBB (BIC) of Group ICHEC – ISC Saint-Louis – ISFSC, Bld Brand Whitlock 6, 1150 Brussels – Belgium, mentioning your first and last names as reference.

Registrations for the academic year 2017-2018 are open from 27 June to 6 July, and from 21 August to 28 September.

The enrolment will not be considered as valid as long as the file is not complete and/or if the tuition fees have not been paid.
